    These are wonderful. These items can make a bit of a dense product, so another quick tip to counteract the density is to add a 1/4 teaspoon of backing powder. 🙂 Lighten your baked goods back up! 😉

    tapioca flour works pretty well for cookies but I've been wanting to try ground flax 🙂 would ground flax work ok for cookies?

    Dearest Emilly I am vegan just for short time now, and I have a little problem now in the Christmas time, cos in my home country is Egg Liquor very common, btw I like it too. But now I need a help, how can I do my recipe WITHOUT the eggs? I transform the recipe ( all the dairy ingredients ) in to non dairy but still have problem with the eggs in it. I thought to use some vegan pudding ( but the liquor will be probably to thick) or just yellow color for food with maybe little bit agar agar if it need to be thicker …… please can you help me?
