Can I just use all purpose flour rather than chickpea flour?

Can I use oat flour instead? If so, do I use the same amount as chickpea flour?

yum… your recipe helped me to finally make some delicious, juicy falafel without having to use a lot of oil :))) I had almost given up because they always came out dry. definately going to make these more often! thank you!! 🙂

I tried it.  As suggested in the beginning of the recipe, switch it up with cooked kidney beans and using fresh tomato with a few pulses in the food processor.  I didn't add oil.  Still came out perfectly and wowed my Greek friend who said it was as good a falafel as he had ever tasted.  Mary you are genius.  Thankfully I tripled the recipe so there are a few for tomorrows salad.

Really loving your videos, thank you for doing them!  Am sharing them with everyone.  I had a horrible experience trying to make oat milk, it felt slimy… is that inevitable?  If you've mastered it, I'd love to see a video (I have no problem making almond milk).  Keep up the great work, and thank you again!
