    Could I substitute another gluten free flour in place of the sorghum flour? For example, almond flour or tapioca flour or oat flour?

    Also, I'm in a current phase of not eating oil, so I'm thinking of substituting the avocado oil with sesame tahini. What do you think?

    I love the idea of using the beets! And excited to try these: thank you for the video!

    Tried it. Remains soft if I don’t put a very thin layer and crisps only when they turn a little brown. Next time I will try rolling as thin as possible.. taste really nice though.

    They are beautiful. Just too much work. After I steam , ( for breakfast) I butter coat cinnamon, nutmeg, and a tip of maple syrup ,( for lunch) oil coat it then sprinkle it with garlic & onion powder, Italian seasoning. For both I bake it for 10-15 mins or grill it for 3 minutes on each side. I use it as a bread or spaghetti replacer… Sometimes.
