Great video, nice recipe for me to use in my various sized air fryers! I must say that other than me you are the first person I've known who likes mustard on their fries!! I couldn't believe my ears when you said you liked mustard on your fries, damn near gave this 70 year old man a coronary or myocardial infarction for real!!! Hopefully you like mustard on pretzels as I do!! Thanks and God Bless You and Yours!!! -Doug

Question that has nothing to do with air cooking….when you had the other Class B did you have a tow or were you able to do without one? If you did have one, what was it?

You may like using an oil sprayer. Covers nicely in a very fine mist so you’re using almost no oil, but enough to coat everything. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about them until I tried one, now I use it for everything from salads to cooking.

Hi Amber, great cooking video here. Someone commented on ur recent video about wifi sources on another channel so I had to watch it. I found u engaging & wanted to see & learn more so I subscribed & am watching all ur videos from the beginning, Season 1, 1-2, so far. I'll also find ur webblog & read that. I am so glad u found what u want & took the brave step of selling ur house & buying a dream RV to pursue ur dream fulltime, then downsizing to the Hymer Activ which I love.

I didn't learn about this lifestyle until 18 months ago when I was turning 68. I wish I knew of it when I had a mandatory retirement at age 55 bc I would have been out there & wouldn't have dug myself into the financial mess I'm currently in. Without going into great detail, I could say that I was depressed, lost interest in everything & stopped fixing up my fixer upper house, I took on other job challenges instead of fixing it but my depression was deep & I had a gambling habit that I went back to & my current salary fueled that. I have a great pension & a 501k plan that I didn't touch so I am working on straightening out my mess now & will finally be out of the debt I incurred by Feb if I don't attend the RTR. So I'm not going bc it's 2,500 miles from NJ and the $1500 – $2000 I would need to spend on gas, a good tent, stove, potty, curtains, and other supplies I need to travel there to camp in my SUV will pay off the last of my debt. I'm actually returning my $100 Good Friday sale on Keen hiking boots!!! Next I'm replacing the heater that broke 2 yrs ago (I've been using space heater in 1 room), replace knob & tube electric lines & electric panel, repair main plumbing line, & lastly settle the govt lien on my house. After all that, all that is left to do to this 109 yr old bungalow is a kitchen & bath remodel but I will try to sell it before I sink more $ into it. Yes, you have inspired me & I will continue to watch all of Season 1 to stay inspired!

While I could have spent $100k on a great Roadtrek, I need to get my life together & settle my debt. Once I'm on the road with a used small Class C, I'll be able to save $ to either buy a piece of land to settle on, update to a new rig or buy a home base destination rv trailer in a nice park in FL… any or all of the above. Thx for listening & being my inspiration! You rock! Let this be written in stone, let this be so! Cheers, Mo in NJ

I (Jan) have been enjoying watching your YouTube channel since I recently subscribed. This cooking demonstration about β€œfries” was informative as I have not seen one of these machines used before. If you like sweet potato fries, try dipping them in ketchup too. Delicious!! πŸ‘

Potatoes, corn and a few other starchy veggies are high in carbs but they are like legumes (beans). They are slow carbs so they dont matabolize like normal carbs. Eaten in teason they can support weifht loss. Dont eat them more than once a week.

My understanding is if you peel your garlic you should refrigerate the extra. If you buy minced garlic in a jar it says to refrigerate as well. Unpeeled garlic can be kept i. A cool dry place.

I love my air fryer. Ive also adopted a WFPB diet but trying to stay off most oils due to family heart disease. Best thing I ever did. So the air fryer also works great without oils. Love your videos.

Yum… that's looks good! Ketchup and mustard… that's cool. Mayonnaise is good too. Way to go "auto correct". I don't think I could have spelled mayonnaise on my own. Lol. Our air fryer made mustard chicken today. It's always cute to see Lilly in the back hanging out. Have a great night and safe travels!

We have a small air fryer too. Try soaking your fries in salt water, rinsing and drying, then spray with peanut oil. The rinsing takes the starch off so they cook better. There is less oil with the oil sprayed from a mister mister bottle, and peanut oil makes the best fries! Potatoes are very grounding.

The only potential issue with garlic in the refrigerator is mold. Better would be if you could keep the garlic in an open bowl or container in your spice rack or pantry or somewhere "out" in your van.

When we lived in a sticks & bricks I owned every single kitchen gadget I could get my hands on. In a truck camper, my world changed. The only ones I have now are the instant pot & an air fryer. I bake biscuits, small pizzas, egg rolls, cinnamon rolls, all manner of potatoes & veggies in the air fryer. I LOVE it. I even make vegan grilled cheese. 😎
