    Sundried tomatoes are extremely salty! They are meant to be soaked in warm water to get of part of the salt.

    Alpro yogurt has salt and fat. The chickpeas are in salt water. And the best hummus comes from chickpeas you boil yourself. If you use the cooking water the flavour is 10X more especially without salt.

    Add some water to help blend easier and use the blender instead of a food processor to get a smoother texture. Let it blend for a little longer to allow everything to get super smooth. Nice one 🙂
