A challenge for sure!!!! I used to have way more curves and feel stronger, I've dropped so much weight and become kind of flabby. I also am more sensitive to getting hits here and there and bruised up. I'd really like my shape back, firmer body, a little more weight, and to feel stronger. I am super proud of being vegan but after two years and just maintaining such a small flabby weight, I'm really looking for something to help put me on a better body track. Thanks for the video. I'll be looking out for your other tips!!!

Now I’m vegan and my metabolism is literally on fire , i eat all fucking day and don’t gain a single pound . I lost like 10 pounds and I’m not happy about it but at least I’m feeling healthy and i have shit tons of energy

Good. Also theres a difference in fatty muscle under bloating n inflammation etc n quality. Its a misconception to think a guy who just walked out a gymn pumped up , that its muscle. Its inflammation that should heal QUICK on vegan diet n not hang around. Shalin Temple monks focus on flexability, speed n power< super athletes. switching diets n losing weight causes loose skin. Not flab or muscle lack. It will correct

Man I’ve worked my ass off this past year and failed to keep up my calories. I think I’m under weight for my height. 158lbs @ 6’3”. I gotta eat more but my appetite has gone down.

I'd like to become a vegan but the one thing that makes me doubt my choice is the fact that I'm already skinny. Adding a vegan diet wouldn't be a big deal. BUT…. I train 4 times a week (swimming) and burn ~800-950 calories on a single training. What are some great products (vegan ofc) that can keep me at a healthy weight? Because I'm kind of struggling with that…

I was skinny even before going vegan but now that I became vegan I started noticing that my butt is almost gone and I have no shape at all I wonder is it possible to gain weight and build some muscle without going to the gym? I have a regular yoga practice which keeps my body healthy but doesn't change my shape very much. It would be fun if I could incorporate some weight training into my regular workout at home. What could you recommend? What kind of workout should I do to gain some weight and build muscle? I have never lifted weight in my life so I have no idea where to start! It would really mean a lot to me if you get my questions answered! Thanks!!

hii. I am vegetarian since birth because my parents fed me up likt that, but I am really overweight. I would really want to do crossfit but I'm a bit scared that people will laugh at my body or that I will never reach up as high as others. Should I actually just go for it? My friend told me that if I don't feel comfortable with what i'm doing, I shouldn't do it. But I thought isn't it time to break out my comfortzone? Do you perhaps know what I could do?

Thank u for making this video. Your topics always seem to be relevant for the issues facing current plant-based lifestyle challenges! Even though I do resistance train, I have been feeling like when I look in the mirror, I look "lanky". People do comment that I am "too thin" at times, but I'm more concerned with the fact that I kind of agree with that point
