It's d e l i c i o u s ! But how long does it take you people cooking this? This is the third time I'm cooking it, and when everything is in the pan, under the lid, it takes a t l e a s t 30 minutes cooking time. At least. What's your experience?

I made this yesterday but cooked it in the pressure cooker for a bit too long so it came out more like a puree. It was really delicious nevertheless.
Now I need to freeze about half of it because I'll never eat it all before it goes off.
It's delicious, but the cooking takes much, much longer than 15 minutes.
