I've made this three times now, breakfast (today), lunch and dinner varying the toppings and seasonings in the dough. Also added some wholewheat flour for fibre. It's a great, easy recipe and rated 10/10 by my housemate even though he prefers deep pan. Thank you, stay safe. 🥰

I have a question? Hope you can answer me. Since you eat only vegan food what do you do when you go out to a restaurant? How do you order your food?

Wil, I'm Italian, the best pizza in Italy is very thin, just like you made it! The other type, the fluffy thick one is the type you buy at a bakery. If you go to Italy, you can ask for a marinara base and add all the ingredients you want. Some pizzerias in Italy have so many different pizzas it will take you a long time to read all the ingredients. Marinara is the basic pizza with just tomato sauce and basil so it's much easier for us, vegans, to list all the other ingredients. The best pizzarias in Italy have a forno a legna (oven which burns wood). Pizzas cooked in such ovens are incredibly delicious compared to places which use electric ovens; believe me, the taste is completely different! One more hint for those heading to Italy, stay away from tourist areas where the pizzas are overpriced and not as tasty. Go where the locals go! 😋😂🥰

Hi Wil! I'm new to your channel and am totally enjoying every episode! I'm a Canadian senior and long-time resident of Japan. My son, who lives in Hawaii, turned me vegan a couple of years ago. It's been a challenge to find ingredients and easy to cook vegan meals here. I'm not really a foodie, so your easy recipes are a huge sigh of relief. I also love the clean, Zen-like feeling of you and your presentations. You've motivated me to cook again!

    Dear Wil,
This has quickly become my and my boyfriends go-to! Never had a recipe so quick and easy 👍🏻
He's a total beginner in the kitchen but you need no skills for this + no patience bc the resting time is so short!

Thanks a lot and kind regards from Germany 😊✌🏻

Did you ever see a chef saying that what he just cooked wasn't delicious? And don't wash your hands often. It will kill the good bacterias.
