I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

    Oh my gosh this is DELICIOUS! Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️ I can’t believe this is healthy. It’s my favorite FAVORITE ‼️ That said, I’m too afraid (right now) to veer off your course.
    I got a mini Instant Pot for Christmas but didn’t open it until a few weeks ago. Now I’m sold. If I can do it, anyone can. (Oh my , I’m eating while I’m writing this…yum.) just bought the 6 qt and today I’m made this (the lentils anyway) in the Instant Pot. Your recipe here is one satisfying meal! Hug to your heart.

    Can I freeze this meatloaf? Also, would you say this ketchup is going to be just right for this loaf…or should I store in the frig? Since there’s nothing harmful in this yummy loaf I wonder if it can go a few days in the frig?

    My favorite! Didn’t know I can make my own ketchup! Having had cancer I really know sugar is bad for me. This loaf is great on so MANY levels! Putting it in large muffin pans makes portion size a non decision maker (having a learning curve on that one)

    Thank you!!! You are awesome! This is what I'm making for dinner tomorrow. I'm newly plant-based, and a lot of the recipes are kinda intimidating to me. Yours are as easy as possible, and your sweet nature and voice make them a pleasure to listen to! I'd forgotten I have a Chop Wizard, but that baby's coming out tomorrow. I'm moving on to your hummus next. I plan to binge watch tomorrow, while dinner's cooking. BTW – your potato masher sounds like my daughter's old springy rocking horse, LOL! Hugs!!
