Hi, is this a side dish/snack/main dish? What would be tasty to serve it with? Would some kind of naan be appropriate?

you're two sweet ladies and really enjoyed listening to you. I really enjoy the benefits of kale but because I don't have grains in my diet, I'm going to try adding Buckwheat flour instead of white bcs this flour is related to the rhubarb and is plant based. I subscribed; looking forward to more nutritious (and inexpensive) meals. Thank You.
