Recreated this recipe today, is so awesome, have been non-challant about trying it due to the mushroom because I have never cooked with it b4 or eaten it until recently after eating it in a Japanese restaurant, tho my hubby have been telling me is sweet but was skeptical cos don't want to waste my time or having to throw it away after cooking it and I said if I must try it, it must be with the mushroom, like recreating dishes exactly the same way.

Mehn seriously this recipe is so so so delicious. The Japanese dish with the mushroom I ate didn't even bring out the yumminest and sweetness of these mushrooms. African dishes are so dope. Why do people still eat meat tho, vegan lifestyle is so easy then. Wooowwwww!!!!
