This doctor is a quack! His advice can be fatal. Meat has more energy than plant based food. But there's something that has more energy than meat. It's ghee!

But Japanese aren't Vegan and I believe everyone is different especially in this age of antibiotics and pharma drugs and other modern factors changing our gut biome. Some people just cant seem to digest large amount of plant based foods.

Another vegan dies of cerebral stroke – Gary Rhodes. It is becoming a big pattern. Latest study says so also, vegans have a higher level of stroke / bleeds on the brain.

Vegan is good but at the same time it is seriously dangerous due to lack of very important minerals and vitamins. Rather than being heavily vegan balance things out for your body to get the right things necessary for normal bodily functions.

We’re a bunch of fifty year olds watching Oct. 7 podcast with the narrator and Dr. B. I eat very little meat, but I’m having trouble convincing my pals. They’re ignoring the facts, because they’re making fun of the narrator’s man- bun and earrings. They are equating vegans with wimpy millennials, which I know, ignores the facts. Subconsciously, they won’t change their diet because they relate veganism with the current younger society. Think you’ve got a large group in society that doesn’t want to be identified with that group, so they’re hard to convince.

I wish he would say "plant-based diet" instead of vegan. Veganism can include so much oily junk food. Newbies can get confused.

The downsides of veganism is that it usually is grain based and high carbohydrate which raises your insulin and makes you prone to digestive disorders and insulin resistance. Counting calories is so old school! A calorie is not a calorie. Fiber has calories , not a lot but it has calories and too many fiber make you gassy and bloated. Too much fiber ruins your gut by stretching it too much. In the 1930's doctors new how to treat diabetes : high fat and moderate protein and practically no carbohydrates. In other words stop the wheat belly.

Difference between a vegan and someone on a keto diet: The vegan will eat a carrot while the keto person will eat a piece of bacon. Which do you think is the healthier choice? If you picked the bacon you as are dumb as a rock.
