    Have you ever done a stool sample test. I tried Viome. You can look it up. I'm waiting for my results.

    thx for the new in-for, i finally can eliminate another triggering food from my list, its the damn soy source…i didnt have it in the morning but i had it for dinner then, i had my first huge bowl movement, thx for the infor that some soy stuff trigger ibs !

    Some nice ideas in this video, I have little red lentils which are low fodmap, other lentils will give you problems. Any type onion is high in fodmaps too.
    You've gotta know that IBS is about sensitivity. You've gotta Keep your stress levels in check.
    A key thing is to drink at least 2-3 litres of water every day. Something that most of us don't do. Eat as close to nature as possible. Go as gluten free as possible. And control spices used, especially chilli and smoked paprika.

    Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "ibs pains" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my partner got amazing success with it
