So I've had a constant headache for the past 5 years now. I don't go a day or even a minute without a headache. No doctor can tell me why and no medication helps.
But your voice is so soothing! My head gets all tingly listening to you. My headache doesn't go away but it gets a bit better. I hope you'll keep on doing videos of you just talking about smth you're passionate about.

do you drink tea or coffee Trinity, i have a terrible tea with plant milk habit.I do like fruit or herbal tea but never seem to be able to break my tea addiction.I would love any tips or ideas as i probably drink about 15 cups of tea a day,
Thank you so much for your tips. I have been vegetarian for over 20 years and tried going vegan for 1 year and loved it. My big hurdle is the Vitamin B12 which can only be found in animal products and even opting to just take the supplement, the supplement is derived from an animal source. So I went back to being vegetarian. I only consume enough cheese, eggs and dairy to provide me with the B12 daily dosage but I try to be as vegan as possible otherwise. If I may ask, you have been a vegan for over 20 years, where do you get your daily dosage of Vitamin B12 from? I really appreciate your advice on how to best influence others to become vegans by example. It is very good advice. Thanks Trinity! God bless!

I was Vegan for about 2 months but then I started craving cheese so I became vegetarian but I really wanna be Vegan again. Thanks for the recipes ❤
