    Thank you for this recipe!
I only had a thinner box of coconut milk. It was a little watery and my mixture never set right. I was making my daughter some French macaroons and needed a frosting for the middle. The way I fix this was by adding powdered sugar until I got the consistency I needed. It wasn't a perfect fix but it did the trick for the cookies. Just in case anybody else ran into the same type of issue I did.
I also tried using Crisco in the mix instead of powdered sugar but honestly that came out too waxy tasting and kind of gave me the heebie-jeebies a little bit. It worked but the texture was off

I guess it's not suitable for bread filling, is it? Have you got a recipe for chocolate filling?

It's coconut milk or coconut cream? Cause in the video it's too thick for a coconut milk

Hello!! When the ganache is ready, can I let in the fridge for the whole night and only use next morning? Or it will ruin the ganache?
