I’m sure someone has told you this by now but…. but you use “dried” herbs early and “fresh” herbs towards the end. Dried herbs are stronger and develop over cooking time. Fresh will lose their gusto if they are cooked too. This looks delish and I’ve probably watch this about 5x

I’m not Vegan. I grew up in a meat loving family, but in the last 6 months have tried to go vegetarian and on some 3ish days a week vegan. Let me just say you guys have been one of my main sources of inspiration!!!! You make vegan recipes so yummy, easy, and satisfying. You make vegan seem very doable. Thank you for putting out all this amazing content, but your recipes are really the best!!!! My family and I can’t thank you enough (yes I’m taking my husband and kids on this reduced meat journey). My husband loves your recipes and he is a tough sell. Please keep them coming!!! You guys are amazing.

Hey Bec! When you make this with field roast sausage, which flavor do you use? (That’s the only brand I can find) thanks! 🙂

Made the soup – loved by vegan and non-vegan family members. Didn't have Italian sausage so used Fieldroast frankfurters I had in freezer, the last of my tomatoes from last year's garden and the first of my basil from this year. Also made the gnocchi from scratch – surprised it was so easy. Bec, thank your Mom for the recipe and thanks to you for veganizing it. Love to see you do more FF's as well.

I just made the soup. It was quick and easy to make. I live in Germany and I’m not familiar with vegan sausage here, so I used tofu like someone recommended. The soup is delicious! Thanks for the great recipe!

Garlic go first of all, onions and almost all the vegetables have water, and because of that the garlic cant leave the flavour. Im spanish, i dont know if i said correctly, hope so 😅
