    I eat a WFPB diet and I've been reading on your blog about GL etc… I tried an anti-candida (non vegan) diet last year and it improved my skin so much (I have had acne for 5 years). However, I ate like 1,200 calories a day which is way too little for me as I've struggled with being underweight my entire life. By eating a vegan anti-candida diet, I feel like it would be no different? I need enough calories to fuel my workouts. For instance, the oatmeal recipe is 285 calories and I usually eat 500 calories for breakfast. For lunch I may have some grain (quinoa, buckwheat or millet usually) with legumes (mostly chickpeas) and then various of greens and half an avocado. If I'm not wrong, I could eat 100 g of quinoa and 100 g of chickpeas and that would be 20 GL points? I saw a table on your blog and I just wanted to make sure I understood it correctly. But then I wouldn't have any space left for other veggies, wouldn't I? Please help me, I'm so tired of having acne but I'm also incredibly tired of undereating… The past 3 days I've been eating between 1,200-1,500 calories and I feel weak and fatigue already :/ (I haven't started the diet yet though, the past 3 days I only reduced my grain intake because I hate my skin but I can already feel the impact of undereating)

    Also, is there any different in GL between cooked and canned chickpeas?
