    I don't understand how you eat so many calories and lose weight? Is it due to the plant based diet breaking down the calories differently? No shade here! I am really interested in trying this.ย I have lost about 55lbs and plateaued for a few months. My doctor suggested a plant based diet.ย So now I am trying to understand and learn more about it. Thanks!
