Good points, the more knowledge the better because people will come out with some b crazy questions.

Also, I’m gluten free, soy free and nut free. If you’re eating enough whole Foods it’s shouldn’t be too hard 🙂

What a great video and such good tips and suggestions 😊 I remember when I first tried tofu when I was 15 and I think it was just plain and I thought it was so nasty. And now that I know how to cook with it, there’s so many endless healthy recipes to make with it. New subscriber 🥰

So true about tofu. I thought I didn't like it until I had it cooked properly. Now I eat it almost every day, lol. Nice tips and nice video. Thanks for sharing! I take the same A-Z vitamin from MyProtein 🙂

Omg, yes, I love your list. It's so true.
It's really important to find your "why" in this lifestyle, it's super easy to lose yourself in the pursuit of this lifestyle.
I am so proud of Portugal, we've come along way. In 2012 it was somehow difficult to find food vegan replacements

Love your energy and your vibe!! There were so many awesome things that were just not in my diet before I went vegan, like nooch and tofu and lentils. Being vegan is not restrictive at all, as some people think, it's actually opened me up to more cuisines and foods then ever before! This is a great guideline for newbies and oldies alike 🙂

Love nutritional yeast! If it's edible, I'll throw nooch on it. And the fact that it's so nutrient and protein-packed is such an amazing benefit. It's so convenient that technology is big at the age where veganism also becoming popular. It was so much more difficult being vegan years ago, but the changes in time have benefited the movement tenfold!

Yes, nutritional yeast is the best. I have the one that you showed. It's perfect for sauces or on top of pasta. 🙂 Great advice for beginners 🙂 It's getting easier every year since there are so many options 🙂

So much great advice here. I know when I first became vegan, I went through period where I felt extremely overwhelmed about not getting enough vitamins, minerals and stuff. Then I realized I was eating way better then I was before and stop freaking out.

LOL at the question about on the island had to eat a pig – that's hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've gotten that question so many times. Number 10 was great – be kind to yourself just like you're being kind to the animals. Great video!
