    These abs exercises push the organs down. It is very bad for the female organs and the lower back. Standing abs exercises are more fun and don't hurt the body. Try the exercises shown in this clip:

    I agree with trainer Tracy Anderson. Some of these exercises will make your abs hard but create a pooch belly. Ever see those women with rock hard abs but their bellies still stick out, not flat? It’s like building a muscle on your biceps. Her advice was life changing.

    Doing an ab workout also strengthens up your muscles therefore placing less load on your lower back.

    I had lower back pain in 2005 which was resolved by losing 20 kilograms & doing sit ups,I started doing that again in 2016 & I could only do 10 or so sit ups but I worked myself up to doing 30 per day without placing my hands behind the back of my head.

    I still had the problem with excess fat buildup around my hips despite losing 12 inches of body fat around my waist,I'm still trying to lose that fat around my hips.

    Maybe when I get a job & my own place,also to be able to afford to feed myself better then I'll be able to control my diet a lot better !!!!
