    How do you cut on vegan diet? Usually I keep fats low, and protein/carbs high to maintain preserve muscle and my energy to work out, but on a vegan diet, I feel like I would need to eat alot of carbs to get my protein? My macros at a 1.5lb cut/week is 1780 calories, 200g carbs, 200g protein (1.5x lean body weight = 135 lbs), 30g fat. height 5'8, weight 190, activity = workout 4 times a week. Can you reach these macros with a vegan/vegetarian diet without having to drink a bunch of protein shakes lol?

    Are you sure the oven temp was 375? I did 30 minutes and my tempeh was so burned I has to throw it out πŸ™ I think my oven temp runs fairly regular because I don't have issues with other recipes.

    That sandwich looked amazing but when I saw flourless bread I got a little triggered.Β  It looks like it's probably really healthy though and you make bomb sandwiches so it doesn't matter even if the bread didn't taste that great.

    I think you're transcendent. I don't know if you've ever been told that before, but that is what you are. I've been struggling with this finding balance between lifting and getting enough macros to actually make gains situation for so long. I started searching online for a female with a meal plan that I could use as an example, but got no where. Everywhere I looked I saw high protein/low carb meal plans but I CAN'T WORK WITH THAT BECAUSE I NEED CARBS. I also went mostly vegan 4 or 5 months ago (idk that I can call myself an actual vegan if I struggle with food that is put in front of me. I certainly find it easy to control what goes in my grocery cart though). Of course I lost the little muscle I was able to build and I thought it was going to be impossible to still gain any on a vegan diet. Or even find a vegan female who lifts and ideally uploads youtube videos about how she manages to get her macros.. ideally YOU lol. I've also benefited a lot from your other videos.. cried when I listed to you talk about what felt like almost my exact experience with social anxiety. When I came across your channel I couldn't even believe I found you, and I've been binge watching your videos ever since. Thank you so much for uploading these.

    For steel cut (or regular rolled) oats not to boil over… Set aside half water, cook oats with 1/4 – 1/2 tsp oil. Halfway through add remaining water. The oil prevents the starch from forming at the top and boiling over. Use a large pot. You can also use thus approach on microwave oats.
