    When I've felt deprived (which was only in the beginning of my vegan journey) I have a little mantra… I'm no longer eating for the body I have, but the body AND the world that I want to achieve. My cravings, downfalls, etc. are all eating for the body I have. Changing my view on food and eating for the body I want has really helped with meal planning AND with sticking to the whole food way of eating. I'll always stick to vegan now that the ethics behind it have finally clicked for me… but staying away from fake meats and cheeses and other processed foods is what I want to really achieve.

    I'm disappointed in this type of content. Becoming healthy and losing weight is important, but all these examples are of extremely beautiful women who are in shape and do not represent the types of results most people will get when switching to a vegan diet.. This type of video will get views, but encourages women to feel inadequate and is harmful. Society keeps telling women that they must be thin and beautiful in order to have value.. And young girls will watch this video and become vegan for the wrong reasons. This will just encourage eating disorders and obsession with weight loss. I understand that this was made with good intentions… But it's honestly perpetuating the notion that society only values women for their looks and that veganism will help you find that false sense of superficial value.

    I was a strict vegan for over 15 years and thought I knew it all. I left veganism a few months ago and will never return because I am now healthy for the first time in 15 years. I forgot what is what like to be healthy.

    One more thing. Entrenched vegans are not interested in actual matters of health or looking deep into the truth. They are invested into a belief system. Nothing else matters. Veganism is a sort of drug. It takes over one's life. Everything vegans do revolves around the cause from sun up to sun set. That is not quality of life. That is a self imposed prison. I'm glad I'm no longer part of it. I'm finally free of the shackles placed on me by the horrors of the vegan cult community of insanity.

    So misleading. These women obviously lead active life’s prior to being vegan and had the motivation to live fit. Vegan doesn’t automatically turn you into a model or athlete. Majority of athletes are not vegan. I’m all about plant based living but it’s not a fix all to make you gorgeous. If your an athlete or model and you go vegan OF COURSE YOUR GONNA SEE RESULTS! You have that ball rolling in your favor already. People looking to get in shape should be taking this video with a grain of salt. I went vegan a year ago and dropped 35 pounds and have maintained my wait since. Living a vegan lifestyle is more than body tho. It’s MIND for the environment, for the animals, for health, for progressing. Don’t forget that lest you turn back to your old ways!
