And it was a little too sour/limey for me but adding chili oil balanced it a little bit. Would you recommend using less tamarind when using liquid concentrate vs. paste? I did modify a little with some of the homemade chili oil, and dash of vegan mushroom oyster sauce and added a little garlic and ginger paste. You knocked it out of the park once again!!
